About Bibetta's Products

Neoprene

Bibetta's UltraBibs™, bags and mats are made of high performance, neoprene (wetsuit material). They have a 100% waterproof, rubber, inner layer and are covered in tough, durable nylon for easy cleaning and quick drying. The outer, fabric layer absorbs a thin layer of liquid and the surface is generally wipe cleanable.

Bioprene™

BIOPRENE™ is a new generation of antibacterial material treated with AEGIS™ Microbe Shield. The AEGIS™ treatment gives long lasting protection against bacteria, ideal for medical care products where anti-bacterial function is needed. Bibetta uses Bioprene™ on part of its Healthcare bib range aimed for use in care homes and hospitals.

UltraBibs™ design

Feel the difference! Bibetta's unique UltraBibs™ are amazingly soft and flexible; babies and children love wearing them!

UltraBibs™ have a clever, reversible, pocket design. It folds open to the front for meal times and can then be folded flat to the back for washing, and compact storage. The pocket is soft and flexible making the bib safer and more comfortable to wear than rigid, plastic bibs.

Care of Bibetta products

We recommend a cool wash (30° C or less) for all of our products and air drying them.

You can machine wash our products up to 30° C and they are tumble drier proof on a cool setting. The only exception is the Bibs with sleeves - please hand wash only and air dry.

Note: the fabric surface will absorb dribble and liquids more readily after the first few washes (i.e. the same as a new towel).

As with any fabric, the gentler the wash and drying method you use the longer the product will last!

All of our products are designed in the UK by Bibetta.

Our range of Healthcare Bibs were designed to meet the requirements of disabled and chronically sick people when feeding.

Bibetta's neoprene bibs are patent protected (Patent No. GB 2393896). All our products are registered designs and copyright designs. It is an offence to copy, manufacture or sell such products without our permission.
